Welcome to IWBH (“the App”), developed by Kevin Lee. By using the App, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using IWBH, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which governs our data handling practices.

2. Eligibility

Use of the App is limited to individuals aged 18 and older. By using IWBH, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Usage

You may use IWBH with or without an account. If you choose to create an account using Apple Sign In or email, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. AI Coaching and User Content

IWBH provides AI-generated guidance for relationship support purposes only. Content produced by the AI is informational and should not be treated as psychological, legal, or medical advice. Users are responsible for all content submitted within the App, including tracker data, profiles, and messages.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the App, including design, code, logos, and branding, belongs to kevincorvallis or its licensors. Unauthorized use, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

Violate any laws or regulations in connection with use of the App
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
Upload malicious code or content
Impersonate others or misrepresent relationship data
Harass, exploit, or abuse any function of the App

7. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be available in the App’s support section. Continued use of IWBH after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IWBH at our discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

IWBH is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the App’s features or AI outputs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
